The Texas Tumbleweeds is a Cowboy Action Shooting club.  We use single action pistols, rifles, and shotguns.  We are affiliated with both SASS (Single Action Shooting Society) and the NRA.  We dress in period correct clothing and use period correct guns.  We shoot at metal targets and it is a timed event.  You can meet people from all over the world or just in your community depending on how much you like to travel.  The world championship for SASS is held each June just outside of Edgewood, New Mexico.  It is a little town all of itself.  The people are friendly and a lot of fun to be with.

Our fist club shoot went well except for the wind and computer problems.
